SKILLS DEVELOPMENT

Our Skills Development Interventions focus on ensuring that we facilitate the preparation of a conducive business environment for employers to plan and implement skills development strategies and plans. Furthermore we provide tools and techniques that will enable learners to acknowledge their personality and business strengths and understand areas that require improvement. There are three core pillars for skills development Interventions:
SKILLS DEVELOPMENT FACILITATION
Through this intervention we assist our client to comply with all the requirements for Skills Development Act. Part of the act requirements is the preparation of Annual Training Report & Workplace Skills Plans.
The annual training report basically communicates to the SETA what training has taken place in the organisation in the previous 12 months, and which employees received training.
Workplace Skills Plan outlines to the SETAs what training the organisation will provide to the employees in the next 12 months, based on the operational requirements of the organisation, its industry and the critical skills identified by the SETA. This document is thus a check and balance system to the SETA, allowing them to gather valuable statistical information with regards to skills shortages, critical skills in organisations and development requirements within the industry.
Management of Skills Development Facilitation interventions will include the end to end process of assisting our clients to recruit and manage Interns as well as Learnerships.

TALENT MANAGEMENT
The focus is on the individual and team compatibility as well as competency at the workplace. We conduct assessments that examine personality, individual skills, knowledge, attributes and experience. We believe that organisations should pay special focus on ensuring that they assign the right incumbent to the right job. Moreover team compositions should enable synergies amongst team members. We encourage and assist organisations to understand, identify, develop and communicate the right competencies in order to improve organizational performance.
Talent Management and Analysis Methods (TMA Methods) is an industry leader in talent management. TMA Methods have developed a number of instruments that we use to analyse people’s competences, personalities, talents, abilities and potential. The TMA Method has been developed to prevent the occurrence of such inaccuracies, using an interactive method to reveal the emotional balance, talents and motives of a candidate.
TMA Method is a suite of talent management products that enable Human Resource practitioners to deal with core aspects of employee talents. It is possible not only to indicate how successful someone will be in a specific context (function or environment) on the basis of the true potential, but also to estimate what his or her ‘development areas’ are.
